Hey there ya'll i have recently bought a campaign setting for a game called ALTERNITY, it is a sci fi futuristic rpg and i was wondering if anyone had any information on it. Jemima has already provided me with a few sites that were helpful but i just want to see if anyone else has heard of it or played it before.

Well I'm not a Alternity expert (I just used a minut trying to spell it eventhough it is written in the headline).
But I have played the RPG a couple of times.
But I don't know what kind of information you want.
There are two differnt worlds (kinds of playing the game, but the same basic rules) (well it is not worlds but differnt stages in time). There is the "Dark Matter" type where the world has gone more or less to a chaotic hell (mostly "more").
Then there is the "Stardrive" world where there is discorvered a thing called "The void" it transport you far away from earth.
The more uplifting part of the future, earth is now used as a prison colony. But most people live in the peace (again more or less(there has to be friction to play with)).
I don't know that much about the "Dark Matter"- world.
My GMs tend to choose a less hellish world.

I have heard that the owner of this Lair has begun reading up on the Alternity worlds. So if there is anyone who is still checking in on this post. You will be pleased to know that there can be found info in Jem's mind.
