Not always, Jemima. Wasn't it Faith who went bad - and she was a slayer. Of course, I may be wrong (in which case I'm sure I'll be tortured for it). It's difficult to remember cos I only ever got to see the odd episode.

You are correct, Faith went bad, and she didn't function much as a slayer while she was bad. Someone who's bad already will hardy be allowed to play slayer... though it could be fun to see

The wise and geeky Director of the upcoming episodes and hopefully season(s) will now spread his wisdom: There is really no good and evil in the buffyverse, if you see it from certain point of view: actions and people (and mostly non-humanly creatures) can be marked as evil. There is definations of evil (and good) but not like in DnD but more the morally and ethical we people philosophize in this world the world that Buffy series takes place in. This subject is also wondered about in an Angel episode, (spoiler) where the friends of Gunn goes around hunting and killed every demon they see (including a nice one taking stroll in the sewers with a milkshake(and who of us can say we havn't done that... : ) And as Faith goes (if you see the Angel episode where she comes to L.A.) she is just disfuntional (there are information why in the season 3 and her past), but still a Slayer. This is not a Paladin-deal, the Watchers Council can shut out Slayers (and their Watcher) from their help, but they can't take the Slayers kick-assage away. The Watchers came after the Slayers (importent point). Faith is bad (in the sense that she has killed people), but she is just a "common" criminal. She has been shut out of the Watcher thing and marked as a rogue Slayer, but Buffy is a rogue too (until season five : Checkpoint (I love that scene)). Faith is a little more rogue than Buffy so the Watchers goes to the extreme and try to kill Faith. (Spoiler Season 7) Faith also redeems herself and fights for good and is accepted (after a while of course, nothing is easy for Faith, which is understandable but a little bit sad). Well no good or evil you don't have to be little goody two shoes to be a Slayer but if you (talking about the roleplaying game I am setting up) turn to extremes I (in Joss Whedons spirit) will only let you be in the season for so long (or turn her over (to the dark side) under my control).

Double posting once again, but whole different topic.
As a universe/place to play I'm thinking of somewhere between 1600-1800 in Europe/Russia perhaps with the gueststars of the man with the scarred eyebrow and the man with the nice face plus any lady friends they might bring.
Or
An post Glory somewhat more succesfull try. An apocalytic future sent back to the middelages with a little help from my friends (in the hell dimension). The world gone astray and loaded with trouble seeking demons and the like.
People are welcome to post ideas for characters and suggistions for the season.
For the apocalytic world all characters will be done OFF forum and in secret, limit your info on those characters on the forum. PM is best.

I am forming a(n apocalyptic ) storyline all we need are more players. Come on please I order ALL (smily that looks like Hitler) who read this to join and force others to join as well and don't worry about getting to many players, yeah right! I have another one in partly in my head The other part is in my toe, I just have to find a way to tap into it

I'll see about recruiting any other to... the cause, Herr..."
