I want to know what my fellow geeks thought of this series, and if, like me, they want more. I have to say that the books got progressively more sloppy as they went along, but not enough to stop my reading. I have to say that I was aptly satisfied at the end of the series, though I could have done without the death of a few certain characters. One aspect of the sestet of books that made them so addicting was the witty and sarcastic, yet extremely powerful character of Pharaun. I couldn't get enough of the delightfully sardonic dark elf. The everlasting conflict between him and Quenthel kept me laughing a long way through the books, and never did really get tiring. I won't list any spoilers here in the first post, but later on, if ample discussion is created, I'd love to chat about details. I also think it might be of interest to fellow fans out there that Thomas Reid (Author of the second installment in the series, Insurrection) is working on a brand new trilogy centering on the lives of Kaanyr Vhok and Aliisza, the alu-fiend that Pharaun befriends. I find this series of great interest, because I sense a ***Spoiler***(okay, I lied about the first post thing) comeback of my favorite dark elf. ;D If interested in reading the 6 books, here's a list: 1-Dissolution 2-Insurrection 3-Condemnation 4-Extinction 5-Annihilation 6-Resurrection and since I'm a kind fellow, a link as well: More infoFor those of you interested in learning more about Reid's new series, here's a present for you!
