The gathering dust speaks of passing of time and it is a must to follow this mime.
Books may hold stories, the wisdom of sages, but sometimes the glories are not on the pages
The presence of books tells also a tale and just by their looks you can tell without fail
Whether the owner will read at their leisure and maybe this loner prefers books as pleasure
Or whether they use them as tools of a trade and will gladly lose them when new plans are made.
The owner is shown from their most private side and it can be known what they try to hide.
The books that we’ve read have told us their lore but they may have led someone else to see more
This lore long forgotten can kindle and feed us but the books that are chosen say much of the readers
